Hello! I’m Felix Zhu, a Duke University undergraduate with interests in computer graphics, game development, and machine learning.

To be more specific…

I particularly like light simulation and technical VFX. I’m drawn towards the mixture of analysis and art in graphics. I’m also a big fan of procedural generation and geometric algorithms (like marching cubes or nanite geometry). On the academic side, I’m exploring computer vision and inverse rendering.

I make side projects in my free time that satisfy my creative and technical interests. I like understanding concepts from the ground up, so I often try to build my own systems from scratch to improve and test my understanding of new ideas.

This portfolio archives a wide variety of projects I’ve worked on, with category filters on the left sidebar.
